The power adapter features the following specifications:

Input: AC 100-240V, 50/60Hz, 1.5A Output: 42V, 2A Compatible for: Lithium Batteries (Li-ion) only, with a battery capacity of 36V. Connector Tip: Female Mini 3-Pin Inline, with a diameter of approximately 0.31 inches.

Please note the following important information: 1. This charger does NOT fit Razor scooters or dirt bikes. It is not compatible with the LBW11 scooter model. 2. The indicator light functions as follows: - Red light indicates the charger is in the charging process. - Green light indicates the battery is fully charged or the charger is disconnected. - The indicator light goes through the entire charging process: When the charger is connected to the power supply, the light is green. After connecting to the scooter, the light changes from green to red. When charging is complete, the light changes from red to green again, indicating the charger can now be disconnected. 3. If the charger does not work with your scooter, it could be due to one of the following reasons: a. The charger is not suitable for your specific scooter model. b. Your battery may be damaged due to limited lifespan or prolonged disuse (over 12 months of use or 2-3 months of disuse). c. The positive and negative (+/-) connectors of the charger do not match the scooter's connectors, preventing power transfer. d. The scooter's internal short circuit has triggered the charger's self-protection function, causing the light to turn off.
